Center for International Strategic Studies Sindh (CISSS) outreach to Sindh Bureau of Statistics
The Center for International Strategic Studies Sindh (CISSS) paid an introductory outreach visit to Bureau of Statistics (BoS) Department of Sindh Karachi on 23 January 2024. The delegation comprising of Research Officer Research Officer Ms Safia Malik, Mr Tarique Ahmed Abro, Research Officer Zeeshan Hyder and Research Assistant Areeba Mumtaz was headed by Director Research Mr Aftab Hussain. Team CISSS was received by Director General SBOS Dr Ishaque Ahmed Ansari. The purpose of visit was to introduce CISSS to SBOS and discuss the areas of mutual interest and scope of future collaboration between the two organisations. Research Officer Ms Safia Malik delivered a presentation on aims, objective and vision of CISSS and apprised the SBOS team about the CISSS activities since its inception. DG SBOS was highly appreciative of Team CISSS efforts and assured his full support and cooperation in future as well. The visit concluded with the exchange of souvenirs.
