Rubia Shoukat

Rubia Shoukat is Research Officer at the Center for International Strategic Studies Sindh (CISSS). She holds an MPhil degree in International Relations from University of Karachi and Master’s degree from Jinnah University for Women. She also holds a certification from HEC and USIP on Conflict resolution and Crisis Management. She has been the part of CMPHR (Children’s Museum for Peace and Human Rights) under UNICEF regarding education, culture, diversity and tolerance. She has also been working as a faculty member at University of Karachi and Iqra University.
